Epic Fun Doing a Disney Run

Have you enjoyed the experience of staying fit with your family and somehow make it a time to remember? Well, Look no further and sign-up your family to participate with a Disney Run.

The run that I choose for my son and I to participate was the 5k challenge 3.1 mile of fun and the runDisney for kids race. At the 5k race you will run in the early morning through Epcot and you will run into some of your favorite characters along the way.

One of my favorite runDisney experience is the Star Wars Weekend run. This is a weekend for the books…which side will you choose the Darkside or will you be a Rebel in this epic Rival run. This year you may have missed it but you can begin to plan for next years battle run and make it a family vacation they will never forget.

For those who want more of a challenge and the force is strong for you to run think about signing up for the Half Marathon a 13.1 mile course of why not sign up for the Star Wars Rival Run where you will participate with the 10K and the Half Marathon to get the ultimate sought after prize the Star Wars Rival Challenge Medal!

Before hitting the Disney parks on Saturday register your kids for a Disney Run sponsored by GoGo Yogurt located on the track and fieldnin the ESPN wide World of Sports Complex at   Walt Disney World Resort. were the kids can be greeted by our favorite star Minnie Mouse at the finish line.
